Warranty, Delivery & Returns Policy
  • 100-Day Structural Warranty: After accepting your delivery, your bed is covered by a 100-day warranty against structural defects or damage.
  • Delivery Rescheduling: If you wish to reschedule your delivery, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. Requests made after this period may be subject to additional delivery charges.
  • Post-Delivery Modifications: Requests for fabric, colour, or other changes after delivery may be accommodated where possible. Additional material, labour, and delivery costs may apply.
  • Failed or Missed Deliveries: If delivery cannot be completed due to no one being available at the delivery address, an additional redelivery fee will apply. If you cancel your order after a delivery attempt has been made, the original delivery cost will be deducted from your refund.
  • 14-Day Return Policy: We accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the bed is unused, in its original condition, and securely packed in its original packaging. Applicable delivery and collection charges will be the customer's responsibility.
  • Packaging & Delivery Inspection: Please carefully check the packaging and inspect your bed upon arrival. Any visible packaging damage must be reported to our delivery team before signing for or accepting the order. We cannot accept responsibility for fabric or cosmetic damage if visibly damaged packaging is accepted without proper inspection and reporting.
